You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
No refunds or exchanges once the order has been shipped unless the item is defective or damaged.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return:
Choose an exchange for another product, or
Receive store credit / gift card / discount coupon equal to your purchase amount—usable on our website.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable method, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
Email us at info@silversmithgems.com within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.
We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide the return address.
Ship the item back with tracking—remember to include all tags, original packaging, and the RMA label/slip.
We inspect returns within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Once approved, store credit or an exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
Contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage.
If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping cost).
Custom‑made or personalized gemstones may be non-returnable unless defective.
