1. Our Promise

We want you to love your purchase from Silver Smith Gems. But if you're not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help.


2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • No refunds or exchanges once the order has been shipped unless the item is defective or damaged.


3. Refunds & Credits

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

    • Choose an exchange for another product, or

    • Receive store credit / gift card / discount coupon equal to your purchase amount—usable on our website.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable method, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@silversmithgems.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  3. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide the return address.

  4. Ship the item back with tracking—remember to include all tags, original packaging, and the RMA label/slip.


6. Processing Time

  • We inspect returns within 5–7 business days of receipt. 

  • Once approved, store credit or an exchange will be processed within 3 business days.


7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the defect or damage.

  • If confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping cost).


8. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑made or personalized gemstones may be non-returnable unless defective.

  • Please confirm eligibility before placing your order.


9. Policy Location & Updates

  • This policy is available via a footer link, product pages, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. 

  • We regularly review our policy and update it as needed to reflect best practices.
